WeevilNet Receiving Report

Once faculty and staff learned how to enter WeevilNet purchase orders, they had to know how to "receive" an item in WeevilNet.  So, I created a step-by-step tutorial for completing a receiving report.

Once WeevilNet was ready for use on the UAM campus, I created a step by step Instructional on how to enter Purchase Orders and Travel Requisitions.

In January, 2010 under the direction of Ms. Mary Whiting, Director of Admissions, I chaired a student team for UAM's WeevilNet Change Management Committee.  Together, our team created the official WeevilNet logo used on the University of Arkansas at Monticello's wepage and also publicity such as the posters below.  I created the posters below to help announce and promote WeevilNet's creation and upcoming arrival to our three campuses.  WeevilNet is the web based computer program used by all UAM faculty, staff and students.
